Overview
Our refund and returns policy only applies to services that are not redeemed. By redemption, we mean the consultation or the service has been fulfilled at the date and time of the appointment. There will be no refunds after the appointment.
Refunds can be processed if the appointment was cancelled or rescheduled before the time of appointment.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments and refuse service to customers who are disruptive, intoxicated and/or under the influence of substances. Our establishment values respect and peaceful conduct at all times.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale itemsOnly regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are valid only before the appointment and before the service has been rendered to the customer. A reschedule or exchange is possible but the price may change according to the new service’s price.
Gifts
Gift cards are available to purchase. No refunds are available for gift cards.
Shipping returns
Returns of herbal products are not accepted as we value hygiene above all.
