
Do you eat high vibrational food? Does the food you eat contain Prana? Fresh foods especially those which were basking in the sun are full of Prana. Prana nourishes and sustains your body, mind and soul. Don’t eat food just for the body, eat them to nourish your mind and soul as well. They uplift, rejuvenate and protect. There is more energy and better emotional disposition with the right food. The saying goes, you are what you eat.
Fresh, whole foods are high vibrational foods. Anything that is processed, has less prana or no prana at all. Freshly picked vegetables, fruits and greens are high vibrational food. Items that holds life energy for long periods of time are grains and spices.
Anything that is frozen, processed, altered, bleached, refrigerated, canned has lost some or all of their prana. We need to be mindful of what we eat because not everything that is called food is actually something that is easily digestible by the body or taken in well by the body. Plant based, whole food are the most easiest to digest.
